I have realised that I am tired of searching for that perfect job, it is my life and I am taking control. I have not got any money, I am in debt up to my eyeballs, my credit sucks, I have been suffering from anxiety and depression all of my life. It has been really bad actually these last few years. I have been trying to get my life together this year. I have tired to get into see mental health sense January and I finally have an appointment for Aug 10th. Thank god.

But, there is one thing that has never wavered and that is my dream to open up a relaxation center. The center would also be an outreach intergenerational center focusing on older adults and children/youth and special needs. This is a rural community that does not even have a store any longer. The services that are provided come through Home Care that are based in other areas. They do a great job that is not the issue. I personally feel that there needs to be a center in every community where people can go and feel comfortable to come and ask questions, feel that they are not alone. This is something that people whom suffer from depression often feel. Like they have no where to turn. I want to throw out a sign saying TURN HERE! I know what if feels like to be on the verge of an anxiety attack and there is no one around and where are you going to go people are just going to treat you like you are crazy. Well we all are on some level. But it is an actual condition that people face everyday. It can be scary and you feel very alone.
This is why I want to create a relaxation center. By The Bay Care is a place where you come to be part of a community and family. You can stay as long as you want, do whatever you want. If you need to talk tell us, we can¡¦t read your minds as much as we would love to. What we want you to know is THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
But to be realistic for a moment money is needed. I know I know money. Everyone wants money! That is true, I am not going to deny it. However, the money that goes here is tax deductible. This is a non-profit organisation. This is a place of peace, love and understanding. We do not judge. WE CARE and it is right on the coast of the Bay of Fundy, which has the highest tides in the WORLD. There are no words to describe the place I grew up, because it takes your breath away. Think about it, would you like to have a place to go and chill out and do whatever you want. To become one with nature, do draw your feelings, to write that book (than we would publish that book, sell those painting to make you realize your dreams through www.lulu.com or have a art show, or flea market)
